Why size first

Teams often lock the POI (the grid connection) before they know how large the battery should be. Too small leaves midday energy unused. Too large can look strong on a return chart and then fail when a bank sizes debt.

We test many sizes first: solar megawatts, battery megawatt-hours, and 2 to 8 hours of storage. Each size is scored on hourly prices at your Chile barra or Mexico node.

What the study includes

The Configuration Optimizer tests the size grid. Then the battery charges and discharges on the actual price series for the site, under a contract, as a merchant plant, or both. We do not paste an annual revenue line into Excel.
